Today marks my 5 year anniversary with Andrew, so I figured why not share some tips I learned while being a healthy relationship. I’m not claiming that I’ve gotten everything nailed down. I’m still learning every day. I get in arguments and disagreements with Andrew all the time. By no means am I in the perfect relationship, but I’m definitely in a happy and healthy one.
So for every year I’ve been with Andrew, there is a tip I’ve learned while being in a healthy relationship! Buckle in, this is a long one.
I finally joined the bullet journal cult! I’ve been trying to start it for months now, but never got into it. I kept getting self conscious about my handwriting and drawings whenever I looked up inspiration.
But I finally realized that this is for me and not for anyone else. It’s supposed to help me keep myself organized and on track with my plans.
So, this was my first time doing a full spread bullet journal entry. There are still lots to learn and edit for next month. But here’s what I have so far!
I was lucky enough to be given and review the Ivy Voxbox products from Influenster! There were a bunch of different things like a soap bar, chapstick, a razor and some candy. I got to try them out and here are my honest reviews.
I’ve been mentioning to my boyfriend, Andrew, for a while about how I’ve been meaning to get back into reading, but for some reason couldn’t. And little lucky old me got a Kindle for Valentine’s Day from thoughtful him. Now I need some help! What are you reading?
As a commuter, I spend a lot of time behind the wheel just to get to work. I live about 38 miles away from work, so every day I’m driving at least 76 miles. That’s assuming I don’t have any errands to run afterwards or I’m meeting friends for dinner. My boyfriend lives about 47 miles away, so on weekends I’m driving minimum 94 miles. Luckily, I found an app that lets me make extra money while driving!
Disclosure: This is not a sponsored post. I made sure this app was legitimate before I made this post. This definitely works, I promise.
I’m sure I’m not the only one to say this, but I don’t know where my life would be now without Netflix! I’m always watching something if I have free personal time. My close friends and coworkers all know that I quote TV shows. If you don’t have Netflix, you don’t get my jokes and references. That’s just how it is in my life! 🙂
I think it’s safe to say that I’m addicted. I’ve recently looked at my Netflix history and I realized that I bingewatch and cycle through the same 6 shows. (With a few new shows or movies that I watch in between cycles. A Series of Unfortunate Events, anyone?)
I’m from the US, so I only have access to Netflix shows allowed in the States. I apologize beforehand if you don’t have access to these shows.
It’s my second new year with Tiny Taurus and I’m so glad I started this series last year! I can actually reread what I reflected on last year when I wrote Goodbye 2015. Now that another year has past, it’s time for me to sit down, reflect, and say Goodbye 2016.
I finally had a day to myself so I decided to make my second youtube video. My first video was 8 months ago, so it’s been a long time. I made a GRWM (Get Ready With Me) video featuring my everyday makeup using the Stila and BECCA eyeshadow palettes.
My voice is pretty annoying and I end up mumbling a lot, but it’s something I will have to keep in mind for my next videos (if I ever do another one, ha!)
Anyone out there? I’m back after a two month hiatus! Work has literally drained my schedule to the point where I didn’t even have time to fit in a single workout. But I finally got time to myself on this GORGEOUS Sunday, so I decided it’s time to give Tiny Taurus a little loving and start with my ramblings!
I just made myself a yummy hazelnut iced coffee, turned on some Netflix in the background, opened my windows to let the fall air breeze in, and now I’m finally sitting down to write my first post in a really long time.
Before I start raving about Stranger Things, there isn’t any major spoilers. However, there are a few references to the show, but nothing that will take away from your viewing if you do decide to watch it.
Stranger Things is Netflix’s latest science-fiction, horror/thriller series that has everyone obsessed. I’ve had multiple people tell me to watch this show, but I kept deciding against it. I’m normally not a science-fiction fan and DEFINITELY NOT a horror fan (I’m a screamer). But as someone who hates horror, I am SO, SO glad I binge-watched this show. And here’s why you should watch it too if you haven’t already.
