My Summer Scent – Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche

Summer’s here and so is my new favorite summer fragrance! I’ve finally caved and got myself Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche from Sephora. I’ve constantly passed it when I was in the store and always stopped to smell this particular one.

The Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche (the green bottle) brings a light floral smell, but is still light, fresh, and clean. I would say it’s a seasonal smell for spring and summer, but who knows? I might wear it all year long because it smells that good!

Sephora described this scent as “the unexpected floral bursts with a lightness and zest as notes of citrus, Water Hyacinth and Jasmine Absolute are highlighted and energized with woody notes of Amber of Patchouli and Fresh Vetiver.”

Size & Price

Because it’s a new smell in my collection, I got the smallest size, but now I wish I got the bigger one. The Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche comes in three sizes.

1.2 oz at $62

1.7 oz at $80

3.4 oz at $102

The smallest size I got fits in the palm of my hand. But the smell is so intoxicating, I wish I got the middle size. I might go and exchange it next week!

The price was also something I was nervous about. It does seem to be on the pricier end of some fragrances, but I do not regret this purchase at all.

I would recommend Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche for people who don’t want to smell overly florally, but still want to feel feminine. Definitely keeping this in my permanent collection. Go to your closest store that carries this fragrance and sample it!
